Sushi chefs, chefs engaged in a Japanese restaurant, etc., instructors and students of culinary school, distributors or relevant fisheries industries, and those who are interested to learn about Japanese food.
② Practical Skill Workshops / Practical Skill Test
Sushi chef, chefs engaged in a Japanese restaurant, etc., who have 5 years and above of experience in sushi-making.
Participation fee: Free (pre-registration required)
Language: Seminar will be conducted in Japanese with English Translation
Privilege: Participants who complete the course will be given a certificate of completion.

Lectures content : History of sushi, cooking of sushi rice, fish handling and preparation of food material, slicing of fish (neta), how to make sushi, hygiene management, etc. Demonstrations, and food tasting will be carried out in the seminar.
