Like Beyond Meat and Impossible Foods, plant-based seafood and other alternatives such as cell-based seafood have drawn increasing attention from consumers, investors and seafood companies. But how should the seafood sector view these groups? Competitor? Partner? Acquisition target? IntraFish’s expert panel debates the topic.
