Trident Seafoods has announced key leadership changes effective October 1. Former Microsoft executive Mike Quinn, a member of Trident’s board for five years, has been appointed as the new chief operating officer (COO). Quinn brings 25 years of experience from Microsoft, where he held senior roles in sales, manufacturing, and global operations. CEO Joe Bundrant highlighted Quinn’s leadership and commitment to Trident’s modernization and customer-focused strategy.
Additionally, Jeff Welbourn has been named president of Trident USA, and Kenji Nasu will serve as president of Trident Alaska. Both have longstanding tenures at Trident, with Welbourn’s 17 years of experience in Alaska operations and Nasu’s 20 years focused on global species management. The appointments are part of Trident’s vision to enhance operations and its global commercial strategy. Omar Sadeque will continue leading Trident’s international business unit.
