OEHHA is also providing an opportunity for comments, questions, and feedback on the potential regulatory amendments. To be considered, OEHHA must receive comments on or before Monday, September 7, 2026. OEHHA strongly recommends that comments be submitted electronically through their website, rather than in paper form.
