Like in other professions, those individuals who hold a state pesticide or Structural Pest Inspector license are required to occasionally complete courses to show continuing competence in their field.

This course serves to provide up-to-date information on seafood industry-specific pest control and inspection methods that can be used in the workplace. This course can also provide a foundation for those individuals initially looking into structural pest control.
This course will not automatically provide a license. Only by taking and passing a state-issued exam will an individual be deemed certified by the state.
Zoom and course information will be emailed to participants at the email addresses they register with. If registering multiple attendees, please forward all attendees’ email addresses to vng@spa-food.org to receive Zoom login information.
Prerequisites:
1. Each participant will need a computer/laptop, webcam, good internet bandwidth (i.e., min. 600 kbps), and speaker/microphone.
