OEHHA is sponsoring a symposium in Sacramento on September 19 and 20, 2019, to discuss the potential neurobehavioral effects in children of synthetic food dyes. The symposium will help produce information on a risk assessment of synthetic food dyes that OEHHA is conducting at the request of the California Legislature. The symposium will be held at the CalEPA Headquarters Building, 1001 I Street, Sacramento. An agenda will be posted in the near future.
